Our lab focused on future products and services for Samsung in the Smart TV, displays, audio, voice UX, and home entertainment product space, including IoT. Our 30+ interdisciplinary team consisted of interaction designers, visual designers, prototype engineers, user researchers and producers. This page summarizes some of the recent commercialized services and products designed by our lab.<\/p>\n<h2>Universal Guide (2018)<\/h2>\n<p>Announced at CES 2018, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=HTNg28dYNnM&amp;feature=youtu.be&amp;t=25m30s\">Universal Guide<\/a> aggregates content from live TV and streaming providers, giving users a centralized place to quickly find what to watch or listen to on their Samsung Smart TV. The industrial design, combined with the built-in light and color sensor work together to define a device that looks like a regular piece of art vs. a consumer electronics device.
